Fair hourly rates on the Bobcat T650 compact track loader. Two-hour minimum applies to all bucket work, including grading, material spreading, and light clearing. Additional time is billed in half-hour increments.

Commercial sites
We take on commercial excavation, lot prep, parking-area grading, and road repair on the same hourly rates. Larger sites still start with a two-hour minimum; call so we can walk the job, confirm access and haul-off, and lock the rate before any machine rolls.
